Project Overview:

VeloRide is a ride-sharing startup aiming to compete with major players by offering a seamless and user-friendly booking experience. They needed an intuitive mobile app that minimized user effort, making it effortless to book rides, track drivers in real time, and manage payments.

We conducted extensive user research, analyzing pain points in existing ride-hailing apps. The redesigned UI focused on efficiency, allowing users to book rides with fewer steps, while the UX was optimized for fast interactions, even on low-end devices.
